Begin to create your own WellBeing ToolKit at The Studio, Widnes on Saturday 17 May from 10am – 3pm

Learn simple and practical tools and techniques to use for yourself, friends and family.  You will come away with ways to reduce your own stress or anxiety and also be able to help others too.

The things that will be shared are easy to do and you don’t need any special equipment as you have it all at your fingertips, literally!

Looking forward to welcoming you to the first WellBeing ToolKit Workshop where we will explore tools and tips you could include in your very own toolkit.
You will get the chance to try a variety of techniques intended to soothe and calm your nervous system and help you come back into the room! Join me and dive into what’s really going on in your nervous system and the best way for you to soothe and resource yourself.
You will come away with simple and practical ways to reduce your stress and/or anxiety, help others with pain and discomfort.  How good would that feel for you?
Find out more about your and your nervous system - what happens when you are stressed or distressed? By knowing more about your own system and how it reacts and behaves, you will be better able to find the tools you need to soothe yourself and come back into the room more quickly.
Don't miss this opportunity to do this work in person and be able to ask questions as you go helping you create your bespoke toolkit. You will also be able to share what you learn with friends and family.
